Why Having A Non-Competing Managing Broker Is Critical • Rachel Scheid

Rachel Scheid, branch manager and head trainer at Coldwell Banker’s West Loop in Chicago, talks about how she’s coaching her agents to keep motivated during the pandemic. She believes that 90% your success in real estate is due to mindset and how mindset is the impetus of action. Rachel also discusses her thoughts on teams, believing that teams can be useful for new agents that don’t have access to coaching. She does explain, however, that a competent coach can take the place of what teams offer, and encourages agents to check out all options before deciding.
